These terms and conditions shall govern the relationship between Stock Software Ltd and the user, in respect of your access to the site. Access to the site is subject to these terms.  By using the site you demonstrate that you have read and accepted these terms.
  1. General - In this document "SSL" shall mean Stock Software Ltd, who hold the copyright, intellectual property rights, and are the owners of the "site", www.HistoricNorwich.co.uk Registered with www.nominet.org.uk The "user" or "visitor" shall mean the person who is accessing the site.

  8. Variations to the terms and conditions - SSL reserves the right to add to, or amend all or any part of these terms by placing details on the site.

    You shall be responsible for referring to those details on accessing the service. The alterations will be effective twenty four hours after first being placed on the site. 

    If you are not prepared to accept those changes you must serve notice on SSL to that effect (thus terminating your registration) forthwith; continuing to access the site as opposed to serving such notice after that time will constitute your acceptance of any such alterations.

  9. Notices - Notices shall be served by either party by email to the email address notified by the other party from time to time. Notices will be deemed to have been served one hour after transmission.

  10. Law and Jurisdiction - These terms shall be governed by English law and SSL and the user submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  11. Commercial Partners - All commercial partners on the site are independent traders and are not connected in any way with SSL. Consequently any contracts that are placed via any network site are placed directly with the relevant trader and not with or in any way involving SSL.

    Payments are made direct to the trader and the trader is responsible for responding to and for all aspects of fulfilment of all orders. Please note that orders placed with traders constitute offers and do not form binding commitments on the trader until they are accepted (either expressly or by conduct). SSL shall have no liability arising from any dealings between you and any trader.

  12. Reviews and Comment - SSL enables visitors to its site to post reviews, comments, and other content to the site. If you post reviews, comments, or other content on the site, you grant SSL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews, comments, or other content throughout the world in any media.

    You also grant SSL the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other content that you post on this site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other content by SSL will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
