When this site was launched back in the year 2000 there was a contact phone number on this site, before long, we found we were spending about an hour a day answering general tourism questions, a service that no one pays for! So we added a voicemail service instead. For a while it worked. Since then our website has grown to be one of the most popular sites in East Anglia, although this is really great for us, our visitors and our sponsors, it has caused a huge problem for the webmaster, as we are now inundated with voicemails.
