John Ashley photography sells non-exclusive licences to use the images on this site at a fixed price of £12.00 This includes Email Delivery and VAT.

Each non exclusive Image Licence is £12.00 per Website / Document / Year.

When ordered, a Website or Document must be specifically defined, and a non-exclusive licence to use the image on the specified document or website is provided with the image. This document is your proof that you have permission to use the image.

If you see an Image that you wish to purchase outright, in other words you want to purchase the copyright of the image.

Then please contact John Ashley Photography using the contact form, and we will contact you to discuss the price.

Of course if a non-exclusive licence has already been supplied for that image then we cannot sell you the copyright.
