What is a Web Page?
A Web Page is a single page entry with a large composite picture. It has
enough space to give full details of your business and has space for two
or more photographs. Some organisations choose this entry even though
they already have a website, because theses entries are read 6 times
more often than standard ads. The brochure and booking request forms
enable the owners to receive emails from new customers, these facilities
are sometimes missing from their own websites because they are expensive
to have custom built.

What are the underlined words?
The underlined words (hyperlinks) are website services, when the visitor
clicks on these links an operation is performed:
Brochure Request - Displays a form, which results in
a brochure request email being sent.
Booking Request - Displays a form, which results in a booking request
email being sent.
Map * - Displays a street map of your location and is derived from your
Postcode.
Website Links to your website if you have provided us with another
website address.
Telephone Displays your telephone number in UK and overseas formats.
Fax Displays your telephone number in UK and overseas formats.
Email Links to a form enabling ALL visitor to send you an email.
Close Closes the window.
Print Prints your entry on the visitors printer. You can try these
out on the example pages on the website.

by third parties and thus we have no control over it, the visitor can
choose which mapping service to use.
I am not very good at filling out forms and am not
sure what to do?
The design staff are used to making Web Pages look nice, so we will
do the design and layout for you (no extra charge) Just send us all your
existing marketing documents, (the ones you send to customers or hand
out now) or anything that has opening times, rates, key features and a
few pictures, and we will give it our best shot.
Can I use my own Pictures? Yes

enough? Yes - Our designers have access to the huge (2500+)
Angliacoast picture library.
I have Registered my own Website Address (URL) can
I link it to a Mini Web? Yes - You can point to the Web Page from
your own Web Address.
Can you Pay me a Visit to Discuss my webpage? Sorry no, This is a
very inexpensive product and so it does not include the cost of a site
visit. For this level of service you need a Custom
Website.
Can I Speak to Somebody about my Requirement, I
Need some Advice? Yes, Send us an email with a telephone number, and
we will call you to see how we can help.
How do I Order a Web Page? Place an order
using the Online Order Form - This
gives us all the contact details we require. We will then send you an
Invoice by Email, and we will contact you to find out what you want on
your new Web Page. You then post or email us what you have, words,
pictures, existing leaflets etc. along with payment. One of our
designers will create your site, you check it and then it is added to
the site.
What do I Need to Send you? Our design staff

What if my Pictures are the Wrong Size, and are not Good
Enough? We manipulate pictures all the time, we can resize
them, make them darker or lighter, zoom in or out, so its rare for us to
give up, but if we feel that we cant work with them, we will contact
you. It is always a good idea to show an external picture of your
establishment. It is better to overexpose rather than underexpose,
lighter pictures can be darkened, but darker pictures cannot always be
lightened.
How do I send you the Photographs? - We accept digital images in
most windows compatible file formats on 3.5 1.44 Mbyte Windows
compatible floppy disks or CD-Rom, or you can email them to us. We
prefer uncompressed files so that we can compress them ourselves. We can
also scan negatives or slides.
Can you Scan Pictures from my Existing Artwork? Yes
- we can, but in most cases this produces poor results, if you have very
expensive glossy brochures it might be OK.
Will I get my Photographs Back? We will return
all artwork, when we have published your page, but we cannot be
responsible if it gets lost in the post, so make sure its not your only
copy.
Will I Receive a VAT Invoice / Receipt for my Accounts? Yes
Can I Pay by Credit / Debit Card? Yes -
But Only On-Line - Our Email Invoice has a link to a secure server,
where you pay by plastic, or from your PAY PAL account if you have one.
What Happens if there is a Mistake on my Entry? We
will make corrections free of charge, if we (or you) have got something
wrong. Please check your entry when we have published it.
What Happens when I want to Change or Update my Web Page? Simply
submit a Change Form or email us the
changes. We reserve the right to make a charge if this is done more than
four times a year, or if the changes are radical. We expect telephone
numbers, prices and your email address to change every now and again.
What Happens when my Site Comes up for Renewal in a Years Time?
We will contact you and ask if you want to make any changes to
your entry. We also send out reminder emails in December to remind
clients to make changes for the new year. Nothing worse than site
showing out of date information.
I Need an Invoice to Raise a Cheque? As soon as you place an
order, we will send you an invoice.
What if I dont like the end result? You can cancel the order
within 14 Days of publishing, If after giving us a chance to make
amends, you still dont like what we have produced, then we will
return half the fee and remove the advert from our websites.
How Long is it before my Web Page is put on the
Live Angliacoast Websites? Normally this is done within 7 days. You
will be notified when the work has been completed, and when you are
happy with it, it will be added to the live sites. We do not undertake
design work until we have received payment.

2:- Any words, phrases (or layout suggestions).
